Refund policy
Overview
All sales are final. Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. Please review product photos, descriptions, sizes, and care instructions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions for Defects or Damage
We’ll make it right if your item arrives damaged or materially defective.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label
Resolution options (at our discretion): replacement (if available), repair, or store credit. Minor surface variations, glaze differences, pinholes, or size/color variations are normal in handmade pottery and are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout. If you made a mistake, email us immediately at jennabeanceramics@gmail.com and we’ll try to help if the order hasn’t begun processing.
Preorders & Made-to-Order
Preorder and custom items are final sale and non-refundable. Estimated timelines are best estimates and may shift due to kiln firing, materials, or studio scheduling.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If your item arrived damaged or defective, see Exceptions for Defects or Damage above.
Shipping Issues (Lost/Delayed)
Once shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. For packages shown as “delivered” or stalled in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We’ll assist where we can, but replacements or credits are not guaranteed unless the item is confirmed damaged.
